2. The customer service details and number at the bottom of the page are so small to be unreadable. What does this say about Avis committment to customer service? Make it easy to contact customer service if there is a problem. See zipcar for ideas
3. The Privacy policy is too small to read and is not expandable. Is Avis hiding something? Just call Avis reservation line rather than using this app.
