Avis - Car Rental App Reviews

Doesnt accurately show past rentals and today didnt show my current rental. My name wasnt even on the Preferred board. Avis has become a joke, just like this app. One and done. Its been deleted.

App works awesome.. Reservation wid credit card functionality is very good

Reserved and paid through app, no more standing in the queues. Works great for me!! I found it fast comparatively. Dont know how people used it and found it slow. Its fast and easily understood by anyone

Great work Avis , I dont think any other car renting company providing features which Avis app is providing. Nice work. Eager to see Apple pay in your App.

Its impossible to enter the correct awd number. I cant find this info anywhere in the records, and Im preferred. The preferred customer number doesnt work with this app.

I was waiting for payment option on this app now I can see great but would like to see Apple Pay

This app is a great idea by Avis (see your rental, pick up car on app, change cars, etc.) but feels like it was developed in a rush and poorly tested. Ill get a notification to "pick my car", but when I open the app, there is no option to do so. Or sometimes when the option does show up, there are no cars available to even pick from.

Being able to choose my car once I land at the airport has been great during my last 3 rentals. Also easily changed my credit card on the app. Very easy!

Quick and easy to use

Im not receiving email confirmations anymore when making reservations. This means I have to call the customer service nightmare line, or print the reservation from the app which is not always easy to do from the iPhone.

Have used this app to make res, get car assignment,exchange/upgrade opportunity, extend my rental, return and check myself in. Awesome app!!!!!!

Not available for international travelers that travel to the US !!!!!

I cant sign in or do anything.

I was able to see my current reservation up until 3 hours before the pick-up time. I dont know what use this app is if I cant access my current reservation. Please fix the bugs..

the app does not allow NEW reservations to be made for my Wizard account. Hello, Hertz!

App messaged me to self-check-in. When I got to car return, no option to check-in... Avis personnel said they had no training to help. Suggested I ask Preferred desk... But sole woman there too busy chatting on cell to assist customers. Avoid Avis Milwaukee...

Lots of great features and even more to come. Besides Avis being my go to car rental option, being able to easily exchange and not have to think about keeping a receipt for short trips and gas fills is great. Love just dropping the car and heading to the gate.

Just downloaded the new app to iphone 6. Very unresponsive. Screens lock up. Good in concept but it sure is still a BETA version and not ready from primetime!

There is still a lot of items that do not work and are confusing. Did anyone test the App prior to its release? Where are the rental PDF receipts on the App? Good ideas, but need real world testing.
