Broken

After creating two reservations using the iPhone app, they are neither displaying on Managed Reservations in the app or Future reservations on-line. Entering the confirmation code is the only way to view the reservation. I had to cancel both reservations on-line and recreate to see the them on-line. As of this morning, the app still does not show the reservations. At this point, the app is just taking up space on my phone.

Needs a lot of work

The basic functions work ok, but my preferred points dont update, the number of rentals towards plus status wont update, and the app does virtually nothing on the day if rental. A push notification about car location would be greatly appreciated. The interface is reasonable but bells and whistles are sorely lacking.

Just Awful!

The only discernible change with the new version of the Avis app is that it is WORSE. Terrible execution. Cannot access Manage Your Reservation section (the only useful part of this app - off it were working) because it demands AWD number, and there is NO WAY to enter the number!! Try using Safari to connect to Avis over the Internet without using this app and you have to back out using "full version" route because Avis iOS/phone browser-specific delivery doesnt work either!! Consistently poor tech execution, Avis.

NO STARS. BAD APP.

If it would allow a 0 Star rating thats what this would get. The app used to be ok but now its not working. Its trying to update but is in some kind of limbo. And I cant delete it! If it ever gets fixed, please allow for an easier sign in. Either Touch ID or just save the password. I have an easier time signing into my bank & credit cards!!

Just great!

Despite poor reviews by others, I found this app to do precisely what it says it will do. And the login with Touch ID is a great benefit. I have nothing but kind words to say. Installed quickly and worked seamlessly right from the get go. What more could a user want?

Worst app ever

Does not list an existing reservation that Ive had for one week. Then, I tapped on the support button and it would not even allow me to get to that area.

Need Wizard #

Although it claims to let you sign in with your username, it doesnt see to work. When you select, "forgot my password" they still require my wizard number, which I dont know. Bottom line, I cant even login.

Poor execution, the consequence: late fees added to your rental.

Be careful using this app. Modified reservations dont update consistently. The result can be late fees if your return date and time is not correct. Check your reservation dates and times carefully. I tried to update 2 reservations today, six tries only one successful update. Had to use the awful desktop web UI to fix the other reservation. Might be time for me to find a new car rental company. This app is too hard too use.

Worst App Ever

This is the worst app I have ever used. I created my account 3 times using the app and the app wont just let me log-in. Irrespective of how many and how much combinations you try, this crap app wont let you proceed. Stay away and save your time. Extremely disappointed customer.
