Avis - Car Rental App Reviews

There are 3 or 4 Avis locations in Calgary, but only the airport location comes up. Not useful.

Unfortunately, does not remember your Wizard number etc. Nothing found for Europe, a single location in Vancouver....

Remembering my wizard number isnt a big deal. This app fails however because it only has airport locations. I only rent from the local Avis nearby and a 45 minute trip to the busy Toronto airport doesnt make sense. I would use this if I could choose any local location. Waiting for an upgrade. Comon Avis!

Without non-airport locations its totally useless for most people. Adding these missing locations to the database shouldnt have been hard guys but if youre using the airports-only as a pilot then I guess that makes sense for the short-term.

App does not function properly on my iPhone. It shuts down after filling out some of the fields.

1. No Avis rentals in Canada?? The competition seems to have found a way to provide an integrated Nort American reservation app. 2. The customer service details and number at the bottom of the page are so small to be unreadable. What does this say about Avis committment to customer service? Make it easy to contact customer service if there is a problem. See zipcar for ideas 3. The Privacy policy is too small to read and is not expandable. Is Avis hiding something? Just call Avis reservation line rather than using this app.

Terrific. I use it for booking my reservations in Toronto.

First try not working. Not able to connect to server. Very frustrating for a first try. Work only for north America.

Perfect App. Just what I needed. Love the receipt option.

All the 2 stars were from before the update. I am happy with this version.

Great app and easy to use. Whilst being able to see future and past bookings, you cant see current reservations if you want to amend them.

I was able to log in using my username and password but couldnt modify an existing reservation or add a reservation that wasnt showing on my profile. There is room for improvement for Avis development team, to allow all online features into this app.

I just updated with the new version and the app wont even open. Previous version was great... I am going on a trip soon and cant manage my reservations anymore! please fix!!!

This is a massive improvement over previous versions Ive used. I like seeing future reservations and estimated charges. Also requesting a receipt is awesome! Good job Avis, keep the improvements coming!!

The app isnt letting me view/review/modify anything. Every time I sign in with a last name and confirmation number it says "rental location selected closed at the date/ time selected"... No matter what time I try to view it. Cant use an app that doesnt work!! Frustrating

Useless App, only have North American locations. Nothing for Europe where there are 300 million people.

Useless if youre a Canadian in Europe!

This app seems to have the right idea but enterprise car rental is 10 to 20$ cheaper...!!

This is the worst app I have used. Too many issues to list. Just use the full site from your phone or iPad it will work better.

Tried twice to use this app. Once in Las Vegas and once in Quebec City. Each time I try to chose a pick-up time, I get a message telling me that Im out of buisness hours witch is false... Unsuefull app.....
